HS2 is the UK’s new high-speed railway and construction of the line is well underway. We’re in our peak construction period, with more than 30,000 people delivering extensive works in high-risk environments across 350 live sites.

We believe every single one of these people has the right to go home safe and well. Nothing is more important than our responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone working on, affected by, and ultimately using HS2.

This website shares essential HS2 health and safety reports, resources, shared learning, best practice, campaign tool kits, incident alerts and updates,  and other documents available to our supply chain, to help to understand what health and safety means at HS2.

We aim to capitalise on the collective experience of colleagues and teams working across HS2 and our supply chain, and collaborate to identify, celebrate and share good practice that helps us to improve the way we eliminate and mitigate key risks across HS2, as well as to drive safety  improvements across the industry.
